The Houston Children's Festival is gearing up for
its 23nd year and we need YOU. The festival benefits
CHILD ADVOCATES, INC.
and the neglected &
abused children that it serves. In fact, The Festival
has now raised over $4.2 million (WOW) for
Child Advocates.
Wonder what you would be doing? Volunteers are essential to the success of the festival. They keep
things rolling by working in coupon, admission & beverage booths, assisting with games & lost kids, as well as other key areas.
So, come join us! You'll feel good helping such a worthy cause AND you'll have a great time.
Our amazing 2009 Volunteer Directors & Coordinators
All making a difference in the life of a child!
As we gear up and prepare for the 2010 Houston Children’s Festival, these forty five 2009 Volunteer Directors and Coordinators have committed to once again contribute over 30 hours (each!) volunteering as supervisors on site to help manage over 950 shifts for two days. These volunteers are judges, attorneys, accountants, secretaries, insurance agents, moms, grand-kids, and second generation children who take the time to volunteer these countless hours to help support Child Advocates and the abused children they serve.
